  1. Ada Sutton – 1862 – 26 June, 1945
I found her obituary on Trove. She died at her niece’s residence at 22 Keon St., Thornbury Victoria beloved daughter of the late William and Jane Sutton of Sydney, loved aunt of Winifred, Pen, Gertie and Arthur
They were the children of Rosa Ellen Sutton and James Evers Pickering.
Our family met up with the three sisters in Melbourne in 1956 and kept in touch until their deaths.

  2. Rose Ellen SUTTON was the wife of my maternal great grand uncle James Evers PICKERING. Thanks for the interesting photos. Dorothy Grace PICKERING, daughter of Frank Hessell PICKERING 1868-1929 and Kate Pauline CAVANOUGH 1875-1938, was my maternal grandmother.Norman

    • Hello Norman, thanks for your email. I know very little about the PICKERING branch (other than James Evers PICKERING). I have a feeling I have received information some time ago but can’t remember where it is or from whom I got it. Regards Susan
